Mission Plastics has been providing custom molded products in the Medical, Automotive and Commercial industries since 1982.

With more than 30 years experience, MPI has gained an industry reputation for elevating levels of Quality and Service in a range of markets. MPI’s leadership is quality based, results driven, and operates in a culture of zero defects and continuous improvement. We excel at close tolerance precision molding geared toward innovative problem solving.

Scientific Molding

At Mission Plastics, we constantly strive to stay ahead of the curve. We have specific, written protocols in place for scientific molding that we assess for continuous improvement. And, while other molders claim to be world-class, MPI has full-time, trained and Certified Master Molders on staff.

MPI has the technology to produce better parts with tighter tolerances, as well as the capability and tools to monitor injection pressure, machine variation, injection volume, variations in material viscosity and more.

Injection Molding

Mission Plastics Inc. is committed to maintaining and enhancing a tradition of quality service and production fulfillment. Our core competency is Custom Injection Molding—providing diversity in production, specializing in horizontal, vertical and insert molding. One of our inherent strengths is the ability to adapt to the production needs of each job to find the most efficient way to complete it.

Our precision injection molding utilizes Computer Integrated Manufacturing Processing, employing IQ/MRP, Mattec Production and Process Monitoring and SPC to assure repeatability, accuracy and conformance to specifications.

V to P Transfer Control gives us the capability of Decoupled Molding techniques by transferring the machine from velocity to pressure control on cavity pressure, hydraulic pressure, position or time.

We are able to process-monitor every machine in operation, allowing us to detect and correct virtually any production variance. This system enables us to spend more time finding efficiencies rather than reacting to inefficiencies, and processing a consistently better product for you.

And should we encounter a problem with your mold during production, we provide the advantage of on-site tool and die repair to avoid costly downtime.
